Other than the packaging and amount of product it’s great. Getting it for a great price and 30% lower than a big box store makes up for the leaked product.

When my package came, my bottle wasn’t full all the way and there wasn’t a cap on it. :( I had two other bottles (one was a different formula) and they both had caps and were more full. I usually don’t order these online, they were marked down and not in my stores.Besides that, this brand is the only one I use! I love the way it makes my hair shine and feel! Hydrating and a little goes a long way.
