The Nutriana Softgels are just about ideal in terms of size and appeal. There really is no odor even if you get your nose down into the bottle. Pretty small and easy to swallow. The photos show size compared to a bread tag.Hoping to curb my afternoon cravings.Would recommend.

What I like the most about this product is that you don't feel the fishy taste, and it comes in a small capsules.What I dislike is the fact that you have to take 3 capsules a day, and I am usually forgetting when is the time to take it.I will keep trying it, to see the good results I am looking for.
