Either the magnetic ring or the charging pins had too loose of a tolerance resulting in the watch not charging most of the time unless you "played" with the orientation until it started charging. The initial connection with the magnets "snapping" into place almost never was correctly oriented to charge the watch.

Works to charge my watch, magnet is not as strong as the original charger and sometimes gets off center and needs wiggling - but works 90% of the time. Big fan of the adaptor that it comes with though (works for data transfer), I use it for travel, hotels, and even rental cars that don't have USB C ports yet for my car play.

I misplaced my original cord so I bought this as a quick replacement. I've since found the original and not have one in my truck and one next to my bed.
