Great for Sighting
This bore sight tool has truly left an indelible mark on my shooting experience, and I'm eager to elaborate on why it has become an indispensable part of my firearm maintenance and sighting routine:The versatility of this bore sight is simply outstanding. I've successfully used it to sight in more than eight different firearms equipped with red dot optics, and I even managed to dial in the accuracy of a 9mm rifle. The consistent precision it provides across such a wide range of firearms is a testament to its reliability. One remarkable feature that sets this bore sight apart is its incredible accuracy right out of the gate. After initial use and adjustment, I've found that my first shots at the range are consistently right on target. This not only saves time but also ammunition, as I no longer need to fire rounds to zero in my sights. It's a game-changer for any shooter looking to streamline their sighting process. In terms of battery life, it's fair to say that it performs adequately, especially considering the intense brightness it offers. The logic behind this design choice becomes apparent when you witness the sight's vividness. While the battery life may not be the longest, the trade-off for exceptional brightness is well worth it.In conclusion, this bore sight tool is nothing short of amazing. Its versatility, pinpoint accuracy, and time-saving capabilities make it a must-have for any shooter. The bright sight picture, although a factor in battery life, significantly enhances its overall usability. If you value precision and efficiency in your firearm sighting process, this bore sight tool should be a staple in your arsenal.

Great for sighting my rifle scope
I have one for each of my guns with scopes. They work great some people complaint about the laser light not being bright enough. I have never had that issue. It's very easy to do, just load the batteries put it in your gun like you do when you have real ammo. The laser comes on as soon as you load the batteries. Then you set your gun on a gun vise if you one. Next have a target setup at about 25 yards or more It's up to you, it is recommended to do 25 yards. Point at the target on the bulls eye with the laser then adjust your scope cross hairs so they come to a cross right on the bulls eye and the laser light. Then you just unload it from your gun and load real ammo, start shooting at your target and see if it's correct if not go back and do the laser again. It really works and it's so easy. I take mine with me anytime I go hunting or just target practice just in case my scope needs to be readjusted. I really recommend this and I got mine in two days. It's a very good product. You can't beat the price on Amazon, if you go to a hunting store you will pay double or more for the same thing. Last thing just make sure that you order the right caliber for your rifle or pistol.

Laser does the job.
Works great however there is no on/off switch so you need to store the batteries separately from the laser. Also it may need to be pushed out of the barrel as the sometimes get lightly stuck. There is no tapering for the extractor to pull it out.

This thing is great.
Worked perfectly in my Hellcat micro 9mm. The fit in the chamber was snug but didn’t get stuck or require any kind of extraction effort. Sure, you have to remove the batteries, who cares. Did what I needed to do in about 15 minutes, then removed the batteries and put it right back in the packaging it came in. I will keep it in my field bag, and who knows when I will need to use it again. For under $20, what more could you ask for?

Great product
Light laser bore sight that’s simple to operate. Great value. Will help minimize using rounds to zero sights.

Adequate
recently remounted my optic on AR15 - and had great difficulty in zeroing - even getting it on paper. Bought this bore sighter - and did a quick bore sighting in garage to "get it close" - admittedly I only performed the bore sighting at about 15 feet - and should have found a place to better align the scope, but this is what I had available where I could solidly mount gun and have any line of sight opportunities. took it out yesterday (quite windy) and started at 25 yards. I would say that elevation was off about 12" and windage about the same on first shot. Corrected most of it on second shot - again a slight correction with 3rd - and pretty much on bullseye with 4th shot. Moved to 100 yards and though it was a very gusty wind day (20+mph) I was able to get an adequate zero -(slightly high, but due to limitations of scope and my binoculars couldn't really tell till I walked down range).this bore sighter worked. I think it was adequate if you are willing to start at 25 or 50 yds. to sight in. Outside of that - you might need a bigger target - better backdrop to read where your rounds land - or someone to help you spot - or be willing to burn through some ammo. Start at 25yds and you should be fine -maybe even 50 -OR -- take more time than I did and do your original bore sight at something over 10 or 15 feet.

Works as Advertised
Works very well. We have used it on several rifles to get them fairly well zeroed in after installing scopes or open sights with new rifles. Gets you "in the ballpark" and saves time and money (ammo). We used it at a range of about 30 yards and it is pretty accurate.
