Nothing is perfect but after ordering one pair of these, I'm pleased enough to order another pair before trump tariffs double or triple (if not more) the cost. In less than two weeks, the price already went up a couple bucks.As with any product, these may or may not meed your requirements. Depending on my personal "flow" I use these (1) stand alone (2) coupled with depends front guards or (3) in rare instances I use triple protection with an added folded wash cloth. Very comfortable, quality made. BUT read the full item description on Amazon because the product comes in a plain plastic bag without any washing instructions whatsover. It bears repeating that these are made with good quality material and comfortable.

They were just like cotton underwear. They looked and felt like cotton underwear. Not absorbent at all. By midday they wear completely wet and leakage had stained outer clothing. These sounded like a good idea but in actual practice you are much better off using Depends or thicker absorbent pads inside your regular underwear.

I like that they fit well and are very comfortable and absorbent. Good value

Bought these for a person recovering from a long illness who was wearing disposable briefs - for when he couldn't grab the urinal in time. These briefs fit better than Depend etc and feel more like "normal" underwear: another step toward recovery. Would also work well for a person who has occasional leaking.

I got these for my husband, and he really likes them. He says they are actually more comfortable than his regular underwear. In a while, he may not always leak, if there is a little leak, they absorb nicely.
