If you are using for travel, compartments can be small for larger pills, however, there are 14 compartments in each case (which are easy to open/close). I put together a case so my daughter can carry in her backpack at college (allergy meds, Tylenol, Advil, etc). There are plenty of stickers to easily identify your morning and your night routine. And anything in between. They are still lightweight, and hold so much.
