yes it will fall off you will need to seal it with something

It will work with any printer. The important thing is the ink. You need to have Sublimation ink, not regular printer ink.

Is the backside a different color?

It has a logo printed on the backside so you can see the difference! Very easy to keep the right side clear

20 sheets? How many stickers on each sheet?

It depends on how many stickers you want to create. These are full 8.5 x 11" sheets. Therefore you print onto them, and cut the sticker out yourself (according to your printed shape and size).
