It helped me sleep and relax, which is awesome, but not worth the explosive diarrhea that I would get the next afternoon. I am a nurse and I was wondering, could this be causing my problem?? So, I stopped taking it for a number of days didn’t have any problems and then took two of them a few nights ago and bam!! Maybe 900 mg is too much and just take one gummy.

It tastes good, I took two initially but my stomach got messed up, so now I only take one and that works better for me. Good product I will be ordering again!

I liked that it was chewable and tasted good and not another pill to swallow.
