Q: What odors will OdorKlenz remove?

Odorklenz has earth- mineral ingredients that remove odors such as synthetic fragrances, pet urine, perfumes, detergent residue, chemical odors on new clothing, formaldehyde, etc. leaving your laundry odorless.

Q: What should the OdorKlenz Laundry Additive be used with?

You still use your normal detergent with the OdorKlenz Enhancer. We do not recommend using any OdorKlenz products in conjunction with vinegar, the technology will work to break it down and may alter its efficacy against removing odors.

Q: Is this product safe for septic? Is it non-toxic?

Yes, our products will not negatively alter the balance in septic tanks. It is also non-toxic - here are the only 4 ingredients found on all our products Magnesium Oxide, Aluminum Oxide, Zinc Oxide, and Water (in liquid products).

Q: What is the difference between the powder and liquid version of the laundry additives?

Both use the same technology and are optimized differently based on user preference. We recommend going with the liquid versions for the front load washer, and for the top load, either the liquid or powder versions will provide optimal results.

Q: How do you use OdorKlenz products in a front loader washing machine?

The Laundry Additive in either liquid or powder form can be poured directly into the washing drum with any “pre-rinse” cycle set to “off”. You would still use your laundry detergent as usual.
