5 stars because it really does have a lot of power. It will charge multiple phones on one charge. It is quite heavy for the small size, but feels solid and should take a drop. The charging cord as a carry strap is very clever. The battery status is quite helpful to know when it is time to charge (I usually do at 35-40%). Best to charge overnight as it takes a while.If you need something that will charge multiple items, this might be the one to look at. It is vastly superior to the solar charging battery packs in my opinion -they have weaker batteries and the solar panel is a joke (would take a week or more to charge, so you use wall outlet to charge anyway).

I am a HAM radio operator. I needed a battery to power a low-power (called QRP) HAM radio that transmits at 5 Watts. When I received this battery, it had an initial charge of 70%. I did not charge it at all, and I've used this for over 40 hours, at about 2 hour intervals, and it is still charged at 54%!!! No, I didn't do the math, but this thing has been very reliable for me and does exactly what I need! I noticed that the red port is capable of delivering 12 volts (which is what I needed), and I get this by using a 12v trigger cable (sold separately), but even at 12 volts this battery has provided me three full weeks of daily-use and still has enough power to give me 12 volts for about another six to eight weeks in my current use-case! The handle is actually a USB cable (I didn't realize that when I bought it!) and this is one small package to give me so much use for so long! Do your own math, as you probably have your own amp-draw and voltage needs, and go watch a couple of video reviews of this battery! It is well-known in the HAM radio community and is a great investment!!!

It's fast, lightweight, and does exactly what it's supposed to do. Charging my devices on the go is convenient, and its compact size makes it perfect for travel or daily use.The only drawback I've noticed is that charging the power bank itself takes a relatively long time. I'm not sure if this is specific to this device or common with high-capacity chargers in general. It would be great if the recharge time were shorter, but it's a minor inconvenience considering the performance it delivers.

Small and easy to carry around. However, after we got it like a month the connector to charge the actual device stop working we didn't pull it or anything. But over all its very usefull and its a fast charging battery pack.

I was a little skeptical ordering this charger not knowing the brand but it is phenomenal. It holds a charge for a long time it charges very quickly it has multiple access ports for different USB sizes. I recharge my camera with this I use it as a backup for my phone I charge my digital door knob with it it is very multifunctional and very fantastic

This is a great travel charger. You can charge multiple phones or a phone and ipad and more on 1 charge. It is a tad on the heavy side and take a bit of time to charge the charger itself but that didnt bother me as I charged overnight. The carrying case and attached power cord used as a carrying cord was a huge bonus for me. Clever really. I'd reccomend buying this charger. Big on power, fits in your hand.

This battery has everything I like in a battery. I ran a bunch of tests and all the usbs usb-c and lightning ports work as described. This does fast charge both input and output. It’s very cool that you could charge it up with a lightning port. The only thing that it failed in is when it came to charging it from 0 to 100 my device says only 12,000 mah went through so it’s not a 20,000 battery. It only holds 12,000 mah. Meaning you only get 8,000 mah of energy when it comes to charging your devices cause it loses 1/3 of the energy transferring from the battery to the phone. My device confirmed only 8,000 mah came out when it from 100 to 0. This is a high quality battery cause if it wasn’t t it would lose about half the energy to transfer it. I really like it but I’m gonna have to return it cause I was looking for a 20,000 mah battery. So I can have a little over 13,000mah of energy with the transfer lose.#####Update#####So I did another test with another battery to see if my device was accurate. I grabbed my iPhone 11 Pro Max charged it full. My device says 2,300 mah came in to it to go from 0-100 but the iPhone 11 Pro Max has a battery capacity of 3,969 mah so my device is incorrect. from 2,300 to 3,969 is a 72% increase therefore the 12,000 mah this battery had should be 72% increased as well. Which. Brings this battery capacity to around 20700 mah give or take. So chances are this is a 20,000 battery cause my iPhone 11 has 91% of its capacity left so that might effect the whole capacity thing. It’s 9% less of 3,962. Which comes out to be pretty close to 20,000 mah. This battery is great.
