I regularly buy either the sambal or the chili garlic version of this, and I use it on almost all my rice dishes. It’s got a solid kick of heat, but it’s also packed with flavor—not just spicy for the sake of it. Honestly, I think it tastes better than the more well-known, original brand. Really good stuff, and I absolutely love it. It’s become a staple in my kitchen.

Tastes like it used to
Fantastic. Regarding the original sriracha, there have been a few changes before this most recent, significant one; it had become more mild, less pepper-forward, and a little too sweet. This tastes like sriracha the first time I tried it back in 2012. Actually hot, very pepper-forward, savory and delicious. This is most certainly the best sriracha on the market.

Better than Huy Fong Foods Sriracha!
Amazing. Like how sriracha use to be. Will only be buying this now. Worth the money. Please support this brand if you want the original flavor.

This is the real siracha. Get this one.
This is the correct siracha sauce. It has a bright, fresh test that no other sauce has. If you had siracha before the issue where the manufacturer and the farm stopped working together, this is that siracha. All the siracha since has been inferior. This is made by the farm that grew the peppers for the original siracha. These peppers are the key. The color is bright. The flavor is fresh and bright. The amount of spiciness is perfect. This is it.I ordered two different kits because one was supposed to be a sampler. Everything I received was the same. Don't bother with the kits. Just get some siracha.

OG Sriracha Kick!
I've been eating sriracha since I was a little kid and this is it. it has the OG sriracha kick. Tried this when huy fong had that shortage. Purchased huy fong recently and dragged finishing the bottle because all I can think about was this underwood ranches sriracha. it's a bit pricy to buy on Amazon, but I feel like I rather have quality + taste than be let down by Huy fong sriracha time and time again.

Underwood Ranches: The Sriracha Heir Apparent Emerges from the Ashes
I wonder if History books will mention the Great Sriracha Shortage. You remember that? I sure do as if it was yesterday. During the shortage, while other brands shuffled their feet and offered watery, anemic substitutes, Underwood Ranches, Huy Fong's former chili supplier, stepped onto the scene like a conquering chili pepper. Launched in 2019, Underwood Ranches Premium Sriracha wasn't just another pretender to the throne; it was the king's exiled son returning, ready to reclaim his birthright. This sriracha ain't messing around. It's smooth, glides onto your tongue like silk, and then punches you in the face with heat like a rogue jalapeno. The flavor dance is complex, a kaleidoscope of chili, tangy vinegar, and a hint of sweetness that almost makes you forget the firestorm in your mouth (almost). Now, let's address the elephant in the sriracha room: the garlic. Yeah, it's not as garlicky as its famous rival. But is that necessarily a bad thing? Think of it this way: Underwood focuses on letting the true chili flavor shine. It's like finally hearing the lead singer in a band for the first time after years of drowned-out vocals.Compared to the competition? Underwood leaves them in the dust. I tried them all, folks: Fix, Tabasco, Kikkoman, even that squirrel brand (don't ask). They were pale imitations, sad echoes of the original. Underwood Ranches, on the other hand, is a full-blown sriracha symphony, playing on every taste bud like a virtuoso. The only real gripe? The price. $22 for two bottles is hard to swallow compared to Huy Fong's bargain basement bucks. But here's the thing: Huy Fong's current batch is a sad shadow of its former self. I returned mine faster than you can say "chili apocalypse." Underwood Ranches, despite the price tag, delivers quality ingredients and flavor that justifies every penny. So, is Underwood Ranches the dethroner of Huy Fong? Maybe not yet. But it's certainly the heir apparent, the prince of sriracha waiting in the wings. If you're tired of pretenders and want the true sriracha experience, look no further. I highly recommend Underwood Ranches, and it might just become your new favorite fiery friend.P.S. Please, Underwood, let's work on that garlic thing. Just a touch, okay?Rating: 4.5 out of 5 stars (minus 0.5 for the garlic whisper)

This is the Sriracha we all know and love
After hearing that HF changed their recipe, I found out that this is the farm that grew their peppers for them. A lot of people said it tastes exactly like the original and they are 100% right. This is the same flavor we all know and love. The other Sriracha flavors are close but not it. I have to say it does taste a bit spicier to me but it's a welcome addition since it is hot sauce, afterall

The Real Sriracha
If you've been a sriracha fan for a long time, this is the real stuff you used to get, made and sold by the original people. It's better than ever - don't settle for less. Great kick, spicy but won't drown out flavor, tastes fantastic. You can put it on literally anything and make it better.
