Beware of SSRI & Ashwaganda
This has ashwaganda in it, which I didn’t realize. Because I take an SSRI, I was unable to safely consume this product

Huge amount of inositol, but pretty good option.
Only downside is that they suggest 5 (!) capsules a day, but at least the capsules are moderately sized and easy to swallow. There's a mild odor that's more likely the enormous 2,000 mg of inositol at play, because it smells a bit like vanilla frosting. Besides the large serving of inositol, it's filled with a pretty good actives (with good dosage amounts to top it off) that are proven to possibly help with better hormone levels. To my surprise, it also contains a good amount of NAC, a supplement I already take to improve overall energy levels and better autophagy. No side effects, and save the hefty value of these at $56 its a good deal for what you get inside.

Hasn't worked yet
I've had PCOS for 12 years now and have tried everything to treat it. I tired the S'moo powder and that same month I got my period back after not having for serval years. I couldn't stand taste of the fake sweetness so I decided to switch to the pill. I've been taking them for 2 months now and nothing. The only thing I have noticed is that it helps regulate my mood and reduces my anxiety. I'm going to try it for one more month and see if anything changes.

7-in-1 PCOS Supplement for Hormone Balance and Ovarian Health. May Help Balance, Energy, Mood...
I decided to try S’moo Ovary Good after hearing a lot about how it could help with hormone balance, especially for those dealing with PCOS or other hormone-related issues. The supplement promises a lot, with a blend of seven key vitamins, herbs, and minerals aimed at supporting hormone balance, reproductive health, and overall well-being for women. I was particularly interested in the potential benefits for energy, mood, and skin health, as these are areas where I could use some improvement. The ingredients in S’moo Ovary Good include some well-known players in the hormone balance game: Myo-Inositol, Ashwagandha, Acetyl Cysteine, Vitamin D3, Magnesium, Zinc, and Chromium Picolinate. Myo-Inositol is often used to support ovarian health and regulate cycles, which is why it’s popular among women with PCOS. Ashwagandha is known for its stress-relieving properties and can help balance cortisol levels, which indirectly supports hormone balance. Acetyl Cysteine is an antioxidant that supports detoxification, while Vitamin D3 is crucial for immune function and mood regulation. Magnesium and Zinc are essential minerals for overall health, and Chromium Picolinate helps with insulin sensitivity, which is often a concern for women with PCOS.Taking S’moo Ovary Good was easy enough—five capsules daily sounds like a lot, but they’re not difficult to swallow, and the dosage was spread out over the day. The supplement is free from gluten, dairy, soy, and artificial ingredients, which is great for those with dietary restrictions. It’s also made in a GMP-certified facility in the USA.As for my experience, I’ve been taking S’moo Ovary Good consistently for about a month. The first thing I noticed was a slight improvement in my mood and energy levels. It wasn’t a dramatic change, but I felt a bit more balanced emotionally, and my energy dips during the day weren’t as pronounced. My skin, which tends to break out around my menstrual cycle, seemed to be a bit clearer as well. Again, nothing drastic, but a noticeable improvement. In terms of my cycle, I didn’t see any major changes in regularity or symptoms just yet, but I understand that these kinds of improvements often take more time to manifest, especially when it comes to hormonal balance. One thing I didn’t notice was a significant change in my hair health, which the supplement also claims to support. My hair is still as prone to breakage as ever, but this could be more related to other factors like stress or diet. Overall, S’moo Ovary Good seems to be helping in some areas, particularly with mood and skin health, but it’s still too early to tell how much of an impact it will have on my cycle or overall hormone balance. If you’re dealing with hormone imbalances or PCOS and are looking for a natural supplement to help support your overall well-being, S’moo Ovary Good is worth considering. It may take some time to see full benefits, especially in areas like cycle regularity and hormone balance, but I did notice some positive changes in my mood and skin health. It’s a solid supplement that could be a good addition to your routine, particularly if you’re consistent with it.**As always, results can vary from person to person. Consulting a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement is advisable. Keep well (:

Took FOREVER!
The item took over a month to receive which was longer than most supplements. When I finally got the supplements, the directions were easy to understand. You do have to take several a day which is harder for me. I do prefer a single daily dose. You take 5 pills a day. The capsules are easy to swallow. I didn’t notice a change in weight loss but it did start to clear up some cystic bumps on my chin that I normally get around my period. I also noticed a slight change in my energy. I don’t think I will continue with them since the cost outweighs the minor changes.
