Perfect.I found out my tendons separated from my shoulder this simple band has eliminated my pain of 6 years. If anyone has a “Popeye” arm that hurts, bulging and getting bruised looking, get this immediately. 65 yer old active woman approved! The band is easy to put on, you can apply how much pressure with the Velcro straps. I promise I am not a paid endorsement. This actually works . ( not sure how it works, but I am pain free after so long)

This bicep brace is wonderful. The small ice pack works great. The Velcro on the brace is fantastic. I can’t say enough good about it. It provided a lot of relief for my pulled bicep. Washable. Good quality.

Well made and easy to put on. Helps greatly with the pain of a torn bicep.

This works as intended. I had to have help putting it on so it's tight. The ice pack doesn't stay cold long enough for me but it did work.I wish it were slightly bigger to ice a bigger area. I would buy this again though, it helped with my shoulder pain.

Does the job. Kind of awkward putting on with one hand but it is what it is.

Got it this morning and my bicep feel so much better already after a few a few hours in the compression!Ice packs are in the freezer and I can’t wait to add that to it for even more comfort

I thought the concept of this product was great but it does not help at all with alleviating pain. Yes, when you put the warm or cold pack in the designated section, you feel it and it eases the pain for a bit but as soon as that’s done with, the pain returns. The compression does not help at all. Ended up buying a compression sleeve which worked wonders instead. Will be returning this. The quality is great must say.
