More than just a keyboard
As a keyboard it is a keyboard that you need to train yourself on a little. With QMK you can configure the keyboard to your hearts desire, so as perfect as you make it.Here is a look at the profiles (layers) I have set up;1. qwertya. (sub) F1 - F12 (reverts after single key press) with TRANSb. (sub) F13 - F24 (reverts after single key press) with TRANS2. mouse and led customisation3. joystick - keys set as 32 joystick buttons (mirrored on left and right sides). Keyboard registers as gaming device.Had to move buttons used as wasd to esdf for comfort and function. Setting gaming functionality for these "buttons" is done using a 3rd party application called Xpadder. This board replaces my normal qwerty keyboard as well as the Razer Tartarus (incl nostromo N52 and other half keyboards for gaming). I currently prefer the form of the Tartarus but the function of the Hot Dox, and once programmed you can remove all of the QMK software (no bloatware, no always online, etc unlike Synapse). With just a little time I believe I will like the form and the function more than any other device I have ever used.Install the QMK software locally for maximum programability as the web-based VIA and QMK dont go as deep.

Great Keyboard!
Love the board, but I wish the configuration software had more options/features.

Great intro to split keyboards
The keyboard quality is excellent, easy software to use for customization of keys and their functions. Connectivity is easy and reliable due to it being USB-C, and while the keycaps are very nice and have a good texture to them, the switches themselves left something to be desired in terms of feel.

Good but inconsisntant
I do like this keyboard; QMK is a must-have for me. I have to knock off a few stars because this board is a little squirrelly. When I plug it in, I have to unplug it a few times before the board actually "works." Sometimes, one half will work and the other will not or nothing works at all. I had a key setup to turn off and on the RGB, but that only worked for one side of the board. When I update the configuration, sometimes I'll have to do this a few times for it to take. If I plug in the cables in a different configuration, the layers may not work.

Good keyboard with a weird firmware feature
Out of the box, this displays the keys that you most recently typed in the right hand LCD. That includes when you just typed your password. It's the sort of feature that sounds neat but doesn't really make any sense. If you dig around online and are pretty handy with code you can flash the firmware with that hacked out. I replaced it with a sort of character per second chart that shows me how fast I've been typing.

keycaps are semi translucent and getting firmware source can be found
I like this keyboard a lot after flashing with some changes to support tap dance with QMK w/VIA support.I have swapped keycaps and has made the keyboard work well enough while saving ~ $100 over an ergodox-ez, I do like the zsa setup more like on the moonlander, but I do not regret the purchase and a new user that enjoys finding ways to fix things yourself this could be the right keyboard for you

El producto llegó muy bien, se nota que es de calidad. Ahora estoy tratando de acostumbrarme a esta nueva forma de escribir, pero es excelente teclado
