Why is this product so expensive online while it is sold for about $2.00 in the Queens area NY?

I reported that the price was too high when I reviewed the product. WAYYY too expensive.

why did the champion chow mein come flat and thick this time did they change the way they make them?

I did not know it came flat. Mine was round. It is the best chow mein in the world and hope they have not modified it, because chow mein is not flat, it is round. I used to buy it for £1. Now the price is unbelievable.

Are these noodles fresh or dried?

They are like any other noodles, fresh based upon the date they were made. I enjoy them very much and buy two packets per month.

Can these noodles be pain fried to soften and and they thin or on the thicker side? Thanks!

They are similar to Hong Kong noodles and Japanese Yakisoba Noodles. Not too thick but best for stir fry. Best to boil them "al dente" ,,, keeping them firm and stirfry in a hot wok or skillet browning the a bit. They have a great flavor,
