The product comes as 90 capsules and is suggested to take 1 capsule per day maximum. The Saw Palmetto (300mg) extra strength dietary supplement is derived and made from the berry carrying it's name and is great in helping with male prostate issues especially with difficulty urinating. This particular brand also has 10 other active extract ingredients of which black pepper (5mg), green tea (25mg), and ginger root (10mg) are the only ones I recognized from the list on bottle. I personally have prostate issues and have had difficulty urinating and I have found that the Saw Palmetto supplement is by far the best nonprescription dietary supplement you can get for prostate health. Overall I would definitely recommend these to any males having difficulty urinating or to anyone with a family history of prostate issues. But as always you should consult with your PCP/MD before adding any aftermarket supplement to your daily intake especially if your already on prescription medications as they may have adverse reactions occur from mixing the drugs. And always check the ingredients before taking supplements especially if you have had any history of allergic reactions, because most time they'll have more than just the primary ingredient in them. One quick note, the bottle is not child proof so store in safe manner away from children.

My husband likes this saw palmetto supplement as it includes many of the ingredients he ingests for his health. He takes the 1 capsule dosage about twice a week and reports that it seems to be working; he feels more vital and he appears more energetic to me. Happy husband; I'm happy with this product!

Listing says the Country Of Origin is India but I could not find any information about where these are made on the label. Label and listing does state the formula was decided upon in the USA. No mention of where the ingredients were sourced from. I like to know what country the ingredients were sourced from on stuff I ingest but I couldn't find that information on the label.

These saw Palmetto caps are easy to take both with regards to the number of capsules you have to take (1) and how easy it is to swallow said capsules. Since you inky have to take one you get a nice 90 day supply. I have already been taking saw Palmetto so my assessment is that I've not seen a drop-off from the effectiveness noted in other brands. The big plus here is that you only have to take one capsule as opposed to the two or three others require, and there are multiple other compounds to help with joints and overall health.

I am a long-time fan of saw palmetto, and I'll take it in any form I manage to get. I find it extremely helpful—in fact necessary. This version mixes saw palmetto with ten other supplements that play well together and support the benefits of saw palmetto. I actually take saw palmetto in two or three forms every day, which I the regimen I find most effective. Nevertheless, I think that this particular blend would certainly stand alone and provide the full benefits of saw palmetto, although, if using only this source, I would take two capsules per day.
