Great shipping, healthy snails with many extras and beautiful bonus snail species. Could not have been better.

FINALLY! I have ordered trumpet snails 2 other times, from 2 other sellers, with no luck. They all were dead on arrival. Every single one of these snails were alive and healthy! All black shells, no white at all. I quarantined them in tank water, and they acclimated almost immediately. I would have taken a pic, but they have already all buried themselves and doing their job. I got a good variety of large and small, which was nice, so I could put the larger ones in my big tank and the smaller ones in my 15 gallon. My tanks are heavily planted in sand, so I've needed these guys for awhile. So happy and would buy these again if I ever need to!

i opened my snail box to be met with a gross smell. i thought it was fine, so take the snails out of the packaging and open up the wet papertowel to see that some of them have holes in them and some look empty. the papertowel was a wierd green hue. i decided to put them in my tank anyway just incase i was being impatient, its been a while and none of them have moved. quite disappointing honestly, ill change my star review if even one of them end up actually being alive.

A very generous amount snails. I originally wrote that many of them were dead if not all. But I have come to notice that they are starting to move around a bit. There are a number of them that are not moving, but I will give them a while to see if they start to recover.I’m Really excited about seeing them in my tank

All arrived alive and none have died that I’ve seen. However they arrived with holes in their shells and are now on supplements to help combate the damage caused.

Received way more than 15 snails. This seller is extremely generous. Almost all arrived alive despite the cold temperatures. They're thriving happily in my tank and doing a great job of cleaning it. My fish have had a few as snacks, but mainly let them alone. They're a good size and seem decent quality. Great price for the amount you actually receive.

I bought these a while ago. They are still alive and well. Had maybe 2 doa, but negligible. Fair price for fair item.

To start off I ordered 15 snails and there's got to be close to 50 in here. Most started moving within 10 minutes of introducing to water. They also included a bonus snail I believe it is a mystery snail. There was no foul smells. I would definitely recommend purchasing from this seller.
