There’s no taste to them, and they are very effective, while your body still reacts to it overtime you feel the effects pretty quickly. You get calmer, and when in situations you normally get stressed in, heck, even if you are stressed, you notice that it’s definitely not what to the degree you’d normally be stressed. Same with anxiety. It feels like the negative emotions are managed properly, and this gives me confidence to do things when I’m not scared to fail or I’m not so stressed out about the outcome. I stay mellowed out and pretty positive, lasts the whole day. 10/10

I had previously taken ashwagandha from other brands, but I couldn’t find the same version, so I decided to try this product. I don’t want to say that it’s bad, perhaps it just didn’t work for me.Sometimes, when I take it during the day, it does give me some energy and alertness, but other times, I feel sleepy right after taking it. I used to take ashwagandha before bed for better sleep, but with this product, sometimes I experience insomnia, although on other occasions, my sleep improves.I don’t fully understand how it works for my body, and perhaps it’s just my individual reaction to this concentrate. For me, it wasn’t the optimal choice, but that doesn’t mean the product is bad. If you have different needs or your body reacts differently, it might be a good option for you.

I take these daily as well as other vitamins but I take these every night and I sleep like a baby! It’s tasteless since it’s encapsulated. I wake up relaxed and rejuvenated. Directions say 3 a day but I only take 2 and get the same effect. Great quality and has given me peace of mind and helps with my anxiety!
