I have several years of experience filling and using a twice a day pill organizer. I needed to increase this to three per day and purchased this item and a different one. I left an unfavorable review. On the contrary. I find this a very easy to use Pillar. Even though there are three beds, they open extremely easily, the compartments are large and when open the top is close to vertical so that it is easy to fill. It is large. I have one suggestion for improvement and it looks like there is room for it. Make the outward facing individual compartment wall corner round to facilitate one fingered removal of a single pill when a mistake is made.

I bought this to carry pills on a recent vacation trip. I recently started a new vitamin regime that precluded carrying multiple large bottles of tablets and capsules. The openings are large enough to accommodate 6 standard capsules, more if the pills you take are smaller.The easiest way to fill it is to take one type of pill and fill the dosing schedule for the entire week. To take the pills, open the desired day by pressing the marked push-button and overturn the contents into an outstretched hand.This device is a good value for money, as it is sturdy, and pills will not spill even with rough handling.

I take a lot of pills, and it's hard to keep them all in line and know that i've taken them all at the right time.So this is great, and I love the construction

Perfect for sorting morning and evening meds for my elderly parents. We ordered this one for my dad, after having found the multicolor version in a drugstore. I fill them on Sunday evening and they can easily tell which is the morning dose and which they should take in the evening. They easily know the day of week too. It is given all of us more confidence in daily med routine. Thankfully their med dosing isn't more complicated than morning/evening but this brand has something for every need so I won't hesitate to purchase again. It is well made of quality materials.

I really like this pill organizer but there’s a design flaw, in my opinion. I like to keep the am/pm together in the tray but it’s a little awkward getting the night time pills out.(takes a little wrist flip). If the pm organizer could be placed in the tray with the opening facing outward, both would be simple to use. But the pm organizer won’t fit in the tray ‘backwards’. Other than that, it works great. Easy to load, use and the colors simply make me happy!

This pill case is great! Very well made. It has push buttons on it for opening both day and night compartments which is nice! No more broken fingernails! The compartments are large and shaped so removing pills is easy. I'm a fan and would recommend it to anyone who uses a pill case.

I bought these for an elderly person out of concern that he may either not be taking his meds or worse retake his meds. I did a trial run with initially buying two. Reason first to see if he liked it or not. I filled them with all his meds and had a backup for the following week so he could rotate. After the first week he stated he actually liked them since he now felt confident on whether he took his meds or not. I went back and bought two more, this was mainly for me so I could go several weeks without having to fill meds. This also works to keep track of when you need to refill meds. We are about three weeks into this and it has helped me to know if he has taken all his medications or like has happened he forgot a day and accidentally left one in the container another.These are fairly large in terms of meds that will fit. These have nice push down buttons to open the med day. These can be taken out of the base which is really nice since the day and night have the same colors with the exception of a sun and moon (kinda hard to see with the tinted color). Only one downside the lids don’t go back that far.Definitely would recommend these for there larger size, ease of use to get meds out (I can attest since I have put the day in the night and the night in the day time meds and had to switch them to there correct times). Great for family members needing to keep an eye on their aging family member.
