Love it
Overall, this book was very helpful especially for a automotive mobile business for repairs. So I will say that my mechanics when they were receiving phone calls from the customers and they did answer it without realizing these books were very informative for them to be able to hand to me at the end of the day. I do wish the boxes were a little bit bigger. That way we could fit just a little bit more when we write but it's ok.
