I am actually hearing impaired myself ..and fine these in ear comfortable to used and sound is clear

Q: I need these to go under a motorbike helmet and be comfortable. How much do they stick out from the ear?

Very little ….. would be perfect for under the helmet in my opinion.

Q: Do they fit in a p2 amplifier?

Is that the Behringer P2? I don't have one myself but I've looked at the spec and the short answer is yes, they should. They have the correct 3.5mm jack on them.
