Does this pump come with the mounting bolts and if not what size are they

Pump did not come with mounting bolts.You will have to find out what size bolts they are On the engine you currently are using.

Will this pump fit a tecumseh 10 hp engine? also what is the distance between the bolt holes on the flange side that bolts to the pump?

If shaft diameter is 1 -1/8" , it wont fit.
