Not as sweet as sugar
I wouldn’t use this as a substitute for sugar as far as taste goes. It’s a little sweet

Delicious organic sweetener for low-GI seekers
Wow, this is delicious but quite pricey for 8.5 oz. Then again, I’ve also bought Teavana’s overpriced rock sugar in the past.I’ve had palm sugar before, and it’s sweeter than the MudWtr sweetener. The palm sugar I’ve tried is quite hard, coming in large round discs that require effort to cut into smaller chunks. A friend also gave me a bag of jaggery, which is healthier than refined sugar and a bit cheaper than this sweetener.I’ve seen pictures of lucuma (egg fruit) but haven’t tried the fresh fruit and neither in powder form until now. It’s supposed to be mild and not too sweet, and very healthy due to its lower glycemic index and more nutrient dense/fiber.I don’t currently have any MudWtr at home. I added this sweetener to my evening tea (serving size: 1 tablespoon), and it provides a mild sweetness with a maple syrup or molasses taste. Even after stirring, the powder settles at the bottom. It doesn’t bother me, but I wanted to note that it doesn’t dissolve completely. I'd like to try this in a dessert recipe, will report back if it's not good :P

It’s ok
This is ok. I honestly thought it would be creamer. It’s ok as a sweetener though, but it doesn’t get me the energy that you would think Mudwater normally gives.

A Good Sweetener for Daily Use but Pricey
I've been looking for a sweetener that isn't overly processed, and this one seemed like a good fit. The mix of coconut sugar and lucuma is interesting, and it does have a subtle, pleasant flavor that works well in my morning coffee. It dissolves easily in hot drinks, which is a plus. I appreciate that it's organic and free from a lot of the common additives. While it's a bit of an investment, the quality of the ingredients seems to justify it if you're aiming for a cleaner option.

Subtle chocolate flavor
I'm trying to get away from artificial sweeteners, and I get unfortunate reactions to lactose so this coconut sweetener appealed to me from the start. It is a generous packet of brown powder that has a sweet scent as soon as you open it - a bit of a dust cloud of scent - and it's very easy to spoon out into your drink. It mixes in with hot drinks easily (I haven't tried it with cold yet) and the taste is rather subtle but it is taking the edge off my coffee as I'd hoped. It has 6 grams of sugar per serving (teaspoon) and I love that it has no artificial additives. The one hesitation I would have about ordering this again is the price point (about $25 for the packet at the time of ordering) but most items I've ordered that have this level of quality and pure ingredients tend to be pricey.
