This is a quality product. It disolves in my hot tea. Tastes good, gives me an energy boost and has helped me think clearer. I wasn't happy with the price and tried another company's brand to get more for the money. I had to toss it out. Didnt disolve just stayed in a clump. Had a horrible taste and gave me a headache and nausea. So am just going to stick with what works now. I am not going to try another brand again. I've purchased this product on Amazon and also directly from Real Mushrooms. It does help me quite a bit with memory and helps me focus better, and when I purchase the capsules, I actually don't take the capsule but pop it open and pour the lions mane into my coffee or a smoothie I make, or into my 11 plus mushroom mix. I find this mushroom very good, though it is pricey, but it's still worth it as oppossed to prescription drugs that are synthetic and the cost is through the roof. will purchase again

I was skeptical about a supplement like this. but decided to give it 30 days. I used it consistently and after two weeks noticed my mind got sharper and quicker. It is one of my "must takes" every day!

I bought this product because I have terrible brain fog from my other health conditions. I felt/feel desperate for something to lend me more mental clarity. After doing some minor product and company research, I landed on this brand as one of reputed quality. However, when I began taking it, I experienced overwhelming exhaustion, so much that most of the time, I had no choice but to sleep it off. I was puzzled. So I stopped taking it, and the pronounced exhaustion stopped. I started taking it again, just to see if my reaction would change, but the severe fatigue came back. Again, I quit taking it, and I gave myself a gap of about a month without any in my system. Then I tried it again, and again I had horrible exhaustion that I simply couldn’t cope with. What a waste and disappointment. I’m sure it doesn’t react with everyone’s brain chemistry this way because some people seem to have great results. I didn’t. But I didn’t want to rate less than three stars because I still feel certain that this is quality Lion’s Mane, processed and packaged in a way that seems to put them above their competition.

I like this item and the ease of use. Has a light taste. Add it to cereal, baked goods, any food you like. I also add a small amount to my dog’s food. As we all age we need cognitive support.
