These kits were sent to my grandsons, one of whom is 12 and the other who is 4. They were delivered early the morning after I ordered them. I received a message from the boys’ mom. She thanked me for sending them, adding that the little guy had to open his kit right away and begin painting. The older boy sent me a text, also. He thanked me, calling the kit “amazing.” He said he couldn’t wait to paint it. The lamps can be painted in any manner: to look like a real cat or in random colors. Judging from my grandsons’ reactions, I believe this item to be suitable for both younger and older children.

This was a really fun activity for my 5 year old daughter ! We love using the lamp for bedtime

I received this order in good condition and on time. It is a gift for a granddaughter in August, so I cannot speak to how easy or fun this was for her nor can i comment on the directions or anything else other than it was received undamaged and intact.

My 8 year old grand daughter loved it and stated to paint it while at the party.

This craft is a cute idea, but overall I wasn’t impressed with the quality of the product or the paint that came with it. The paint and brushes were poor quality, making it difficult for kids to paint the animals properly—especially with all the curves on the figures.

I tried multiple times to attach a video to this but it would not let me. My daughter is so excited for this!

This set is so cute! It has the battery already included. It has a bunch of colors for the kids to choose from. It even has a little kid-sized apron. When done you just throw the left overs out, very easy clean up. Fun activity to do with the kids and it's nice that they have something actually functional in the end. I would say this is good for kids ages 6 and up.
