Got fedup with trying to trim my tash and beard and not getting it looking right, didnt want to spend a bunch of money and saw this, its perfect for my lil goatee style beard and tash.As its rechargeable and only $10 it fits the bill perfectly, also great for travelling as small and no cord to worry about.

I bought this razor for one main reason... it was cheap. I picked the one with the black housing because I didn't want the gaudy one with the skulls and I'll say it looks fine. I can't stand when sellers blatantly lie about the product they are selling and one area I can say for sure is that the blade is not made out of ceramic, bold faced lie. I don't know why they do this, their product would probably sell better if they just simply stated what it actually is. The blade appears to be made out of some type of high carbon steel... I know this because I took a file and did a crude scratch test on the back corner and the file skated right across, that's good. Why doesn't the seller simply say the blade is made out of "high carbon steel" and not lie? Sounds just and has credibility. So if this bothers you too, that would be a reason to stay away. That said, I like what I see (so far). It cut great right out of the package. Not the strongest motor, but still adequate, pass. I can tell the it is possible to sharped the blade by removing the two Phillips screws to access the upper and lower sliding blades. You do this by sliding the mating surfaces of each blade across a sharpening stone. This is pretty standard fare, and it's also doable here. The design overall is extremely simple, hence why they are able to keep costs down. I am fine with this, simple is better when you simply want something to work; less to go wrong. Cutting performance for me was on par with your typical $20-40 dollar Norelco cordless shaver. Overal, if value is your primary concern, this is a winner, I'd say go for it. I don't have long term testing to know how it will survive. I know people always say they will update their review and you almost hardly ever see an update, but I will do the same, no promises though! Couldn't be happier ! As soon as it was delivered I had to try it out. Good selection of guards, has oil, brush, charging cable ( usb c ) and blade protector for storage, everything you need to get started. Came pre oiled and charged. During use it has great weight. Nice handle details, Sharp blades and precise cuts. Very good looking and performing. Such a great bang for the buck. 10/10 recommend you won't be disappointed. The price was very alluring at only 10 dollars!

It’s good but I thought it had 6 guards in the video but it came with only 4. 1.5, 3,4,6 kinda random if you ask me. Also it’s not that sharp it takes a few times to complety make that hair gone

The blades tend to snag on the little hairs I do have, and it can be uncomfortable - almost like it's pulling out my hair!However, for the price, I'm more than happy to overlook these minor issues. This trimmer is perfect for maintaining my beard, tidying up my edges, and trimming nose and ear hair. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option for these tasks, I'd definitely recommend giving this one a try. Just be aware of its limitations for shaving bald heads.
