Do you do stronger doses as 1,000iu per day is unlikely to riase your ng/ml ratio to the desired level of circa 50?

Does this product work?

It has for me. I had a complete blood count and a load of tests including one for vitamin d and my levels were very good. The Doc was impressed. I take their whole range and ll my levels came back as above levels required. Food state are a big adsorbed more easily

Does this contain vitamin k?
