I feel the need to write this review because this tea is the real deal. I have tried different cleansers before discovering this tea. I LOVE IT! This tea is a miracle. I have always been irregular with bowel movements, either constipated or diarrhea which neither is fun. So I have tried detox cleansers and some really don't work or are just pure laxatives. This tea instead is gentle yet it does its work. Some people complain about the cramps, what you feel is not cramps, rather is your gut scraping off all those bad toxins and rotten foods you have been storing in your intestines for who knows how long. We eat way too bad to keep all that ness in our insides. Ladies stop complaining about the mild cramping and drink the tea. You will feel way better afterwards. I noticed that the longer you let the tea steep the stronger it gets, not in flavor rather in the effects, so if you cannot handle the mild cramps maybe let it steep only 2 or 3 minutes. I let it sit for 15-30 mins but I am used to it so it doesn't bother me. I like the feeling of seeing pounds just go down the toilet and feel light, no bloating and no gas or constipation, I even feel good at having a cheat meal because I know I can drink my tea and s@#* it all off. I have had friends asking me if I have lost weight and what I have done to lose weight, if I have been working out a lot, which I haven't and the secret is my tea! So give it a try and don't be scared to flush your system, let bad out get good in.

I got this in the mail yesterday and I followed the instructions to make sure I didnt steep my tea for too long. I steeped my tea for 2 minutes. I drank it with no sweetener and it has great flavor. I drank it last night around 7pm and I got a movement this morning around 8am. It wasn't runny like some (not to be graphic). But there was no discomfort at all. So at the moment I am completely satisfied. I will be ordering again next month...

I have VERY severe IBS with extreme constipation. I go weeks in between 'movements', and I have suffered with this since childhood. I have an extremely sluggish system, and there's nothing that really works for me to help me go. I have been on prescription drugs and every OTC one out there, and this tea BY FAR helps better than anything I have tried over the past 3 decades!! I get a bit of gas pains sometimes, but not always, and after not going for awhile, you can't not feel anything. I usually get FAR worse than labor like contraction pains, as I have had 3 children, twins included, this pain is like it, but at times worse. This tea softens things up and helps me go, and if I don't take it every other day, and nope, not just a month, but every month, you notice how much you miss it, if you know what I mean. It's the best stuff out there, and natural, which I like, since there are too many script drugs in our cabinets, why be forced to take another, when you reap better benefits with this tea????? LOVE IT! MY ONLY WISH IS.. NEVER RETIRE THIS PRODUCT! It's till death do us part, LOL. THANKS TEAMI!

If you don’t mind stomach cramps 4 hours after drinking and the toilet is your new bed plus gas explosions by morning this coffee is great. Taste is smooth and gentle.

This product works as described. I suggest drinking it at a strategic time. About 5hrs after drinking you will feel it working and you WILL use the bathroom a few times. I use a bag of peppermint tea along with a bit of honey and steep for 3 minutes per directions. It tastes great and it is a gentle cleanse.

So at first… I was going to write a bad review about how horrible this made my stomach cramp and return it…But then I decided to get on and check the reviews to see if it made anybody else feel the same way..I noticed a lot of reviews saying that if you do not follow the directions, then you would have serious stomach cramps from the tea and this ended up being true.The first time I made the tea ,I let the tea bag sit in the cup for about 25 minutes !The next morning I was in so much pain !!!I was in the bathroom for maybe an hour and 30 minutes! Hurt! Soo bad hahaha it cleaned me out but I cramped soo bad.After I read these reviews I gave it one more try and let the teabag sit for no longer than three minutes… The next morning I had a way better experience .I didn’t have any cramps at all and it just cleaned out my system like it was supposed to..I have been using it correctly ever since.I set a three minute timer take the teabag out and it clears me right up .it’s honestly one of the best cleansing teas I’ve used.I do recommend it but please follow the directions
