I really needed this for back pain and muscle stimulation, but it has far exceeded expectations. I am able to target my entire back and body, or parts of it at one time. I like to switch between the modes on the controller, but I get so relaxed during one of them that I tend to forget lol. The heat is such a bonus for circulation and relaxation. Very happy with this one!

this product is already making noise...as I've had them before..that lasted more than the time..I've had this one...will not order from them again...not worth the money..
