The product failed in a dangerous way, and the warranty/service support was inadequate.
I’d like to share my experience with the IFB microwave oven. This has been the worst product I’ve ever used, as the magnetron — the main component — got damaged, and the door even melted because of it. Although the product was still under warranty, the customer service team refused to replace the melted door, since the warranty only covers the magnetron.

I recently purchased the IFB microwave oven from Amazon. The delivery was smooth and on time. The product looks great and is working well so far.The demo and installation service by IFB was excellent — the technician was polite and explained everything clearly.I will update this review after using the product for a few weeks to share long-term performance and features.
