Tricks Of The Mind Paperback – 8 October 2007

Some reviewers here seem to be very disappointed with the book. This could be because they expected this book to teach them some tricks to entertain their friends or professionally. What this book rather offers is a bunch of things about magic, not details of tricks. The author talks about his idea of why the tricks work, what hypnosis could be, ethics part of the profession, his take on religion, charlatans etc. His does his job well.

Bloody hilarious. It's not so much the mind tricks, as it is the phenomenally funny and articulate writing chops of the author. My sides were left hurting for hours!

Good book ...apart from last topic I like everything..in some places used typical language

Don't buy it being a close up magiciani can tell that it has a lot of secrets. 😉
