Please refund or replace
The media could not be loaded. The jar is big and the mixier slot is small. The jar is good and has no defects.. just that it does not fit my mixie slot. Please refund or replace for my crown mixie 0.3L . Crown model has 750 watt and purple border.

Extremely Poor Quality – Failed on First Use
This Preethi mixie turned out to be a huge disappointment. The build quality is extremely poor, and the design feels cheap. On the very first trial itself, the performance was terrible. The jar coupler and blade assembly showed wear immediately, making it unsafe and unusable. For a product marketed as a reliable kitchen appliance, this is unacceptable. It is not worth the money, and I had to request a full refund right away. Strongly advise against buying this model.
