Worth the money and customer service is superb..it has a lifetime replacement guarantee too
I had a different brand a few years ago..its been brilliant so decided to get a new one ,,this one was on offer so bought one...its not got as much filling in as the other so wasnt sure about it but the quality is fabulous with a lifetime replacement guarantee !!...so contacted the supplier via amazon as it suggested if any queries etc..and i asked about getting an extra bag of filling sent...the emailed me within days and arranged to send me free of charge..they have a UK depot..as American based...i didnt realise this until it came a few days later by Royal Mail...im so impressed with the customer service..she was so lovely and helpful..nothing was too much trouble absolutely fabulous !!..the pillow is brilliant..the silky cover is perfectly cool ..ladies if u are getting hot flushes..GET ONE!!..lol..i tried a normal pillow again a few weeks ago..i didnt sleep all night well at all ..hated it..so will always buy these from now on..very very happy Thanx LOFT :)

Looses shape after awhile
Great for a couple of weeks/months but started to loose its shape after a time.

Great pillow
I've not had a sore neck in the morning since I started using this pillow. It's very comfortable.

Not amazing
It's not a full of a pillow as I thought it would be. Thought it would be puffier. It's quite a large pillow case it comes in. Maybe if the case was smaller the pillow would then be puffier

Half-full, clumpy and Stinks
I wasn't expecting anything crazy but for £32 I was expecting a pillow that was pretty thick and comfortable.Without the extra filling they give you it literally feels like it has nothing in it. Even with the extra filling it only feels about half-full and it didn't feel like it was supportive at all. Not to mention the foam is really clumpy and noy comfortable and it stinks. I have no idea why this product has such decent ratings.
