My supply has gone up considerably - my baby is tongue tied and it's been hard feeding him so I have turned to pumping but was struggling to pump enough. Since drinking this for a week, I have noticed a nice increase without having to power pump or use any other methods of increasing my supply - when I pumped before I would get about 3/4 as much as now and I would have to supplement with formula too as my baby would still be hungry. I do feel like I smell slightly different - not bad or unpleasant but I think it's the fenugreek in the tea. I also quite like the taste of it but I quite like very herbal flavours.

I bought this tea 7 days post partum when I was struggling with milk supply after a horrible birth. I put one teabag in a 1.2litre Stanley cup and drank the lot overnight. I did the same the next day. By the morning, my milk had come in beautifully. Now, this could a coincidence of course!The tea tastes good (in my opinion) and the teabag will last 24 hours with multiple hot water top ups.Obviously the fact I was staying hydrated will have helped and maybe there is an element of placebo effect. I don’t care though, it worked! My little man is now gaining weight and our breastfeeding journey is going amazingly, despite a difficult start.As for value for money, I don’t think it’s too bad. The tea bags can be used more than once so they last a little while.

Don’t hesitate at all! Exclusively BF mam here and after two episodes of mastitis, my milk supply faltered and that’s saying a lot cause I had an oversupply. It was heartbreaking watching my baby cry at the breast as I struggled to feed all through the night and even my wearable pump couldn’t express anything. I decided to buy this cause I used the raspberry tea from this brand for my labour and delivery and it was great and they didn’t disappoint! My milk came back flowing that same night after steeping just one bag for a couple of hours. I reuse each teabag even up to 3 times and it still works like a charm. The taste is okay but sometimes I add honey as a little luxury. It’s totally worth it and I still drink every now and then when I need to do some pumping

Not too sure if they helped with the milk production but it tastes very nice, at least the first time. You can use the bags two times but the second time just tastes very watered down. It definitely helps with an unsettled stomach.

After drinking around 2-3 cups a day for a few days, I noticed a significant increase in my milk supply, which was a relief. The fact that each tea bag can be used multiple times helps justify the slightly higher price compared to other teas on the market.However, I want to mention that there were some downsides. During the first few days of taking the tea I experienced a bit of a stomachache, and it seemed to send me to the toilet more frequently than usual. This was a concern, but thankfully only lasted a couple of days. Afterwards I had to issues at all.

I had the raspberry leaf tea prior to my bang being born. Everyone told me how disgusting this was yet on my first big nose holding sip I was pleasantly surprised! Not only did it taste great it smelt great too. The tea bags are 2x use and I popped them in a pot next to my kettle for the second use.When I decided to breastfeed I knew instantly that this would be the tea for me!! Very subtle tastes but also very delicious. I do believe that this as well as vitamins has kept my milk flowing! It’s not easy!I LOVE the branding, I love the the ethos of the business and the goal they’re heading towards.I’m enjoying every cup with my beautiful little girl. I would highly recommend this tea to anyone who is breastfeeding. I didn't think I'd like the unique taste but it is one of the nicest herbal teas I have tried. When I had mastitis, my milk supply severely decreased so I'm trying anything I can to increase it again and so far the tea does seem to be helping.

This product did not help with my supply at all, if anything it made it worse. I went from just about getting 5oz to barely 1oz within a few days of drinking this. I personally would recommend this tea at all.
