good product
I’ve been taking this for a few weeks and it’s been really good. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I only need to take one a day. It doesn’t upset my stomach, and I feel more comfortable after meals.

Feeling Lighter After Meal
I've been taking this probiotic supplement for a short time, and I'm already noticing improvements in my digestion—less bloating and discomfort after meals. The main ingredient is a high dose of a specific strain of Lactobacillus Reuteri, along with zinc and herbal extracts, all known to support gut health. While it's too early to comment on long-term effectiveness, I appreciate that it's made in Germany, where supplement standards are generally high. However, it does contain some controversial inactive ingredients like magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide, which some prefer to avoid.Overall, promising so far—but as with any supplement, it's worth doing your own research and consulting a professional if you're taking medications.

Mostly Good
The most important rating for supplements is how effective they are – and for what condition. This however, takes time, weeks or even months, to evaluate. And, this can be subjective. I can't rate effectiveness yet.I take a LOT of supplements, for 40 years, and I've extensively researched them regarding the claimed benefits of their active ingredients. I suggest you do the same. I always keep in mind who gains financially for their claim (either pro or con) and/or litigation avoidance posturing – as an indicator of objectivity. And, I research the NON-active ingredients to see if any are "controversial". A common reason for NON-active ingredients is they "help" the MANUFACTURING process. ALL ingredients I've EVER seen listed on supplement labels are GRAS - Generally Regarded as Safe - by the US-FDA.But some doctors and researchers don't always agree. That seems important to me. I evaluate the entire ingredients list, for these Amazon reviews. I avoid controversial ingredients on principle, provided I can find a similar produce without them. Usually I can. Also, it is possible for supplements to interact with pharmaceuticals. That could be important, pay attention. I don't take any pharmaceuticals, so I don't comment on interactions. The main ingredient is a LARGE dose of a specific version of Lactobacillus Reuteri (a probiotic - good gut bacteria) (with a copywrited name) and zinc, and 3 herbal ingredients. From what I've read, these are all good for gut health. They contain "Magnesium salts of fatty acids", which is another way of saying magnesium stearate, which is considered to be a controversial ingredient. This product contains silicone dioxide, which is considered a controversial ingredients. This product is made in Germany. In general, I trust the German food purity system, better than the US system. The German system (as does the US system) allows magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide. Draw your own conclusions.

Solves a specific problem you may or may not have. Shaky science.
My husband had been getting mild heartburn every day, so I got this for him. After 10 days of treatment, he's still getting mild heartburn every day. Frankly, I'm not surprised. My understanding of heartburn is that it's not primarily bacteria-triggered. It's a simple mechanical failure where the lower esophageal sphincter fails to close. I did some research and learned that in something like 40% of sufferers, the H. pylori bacteria are indeed present, but to my best knowledge, a causal connection hasn't been proven. To quote people much smarter than I am, "The relationship between H. pylori infection and GERD is controversial."¹ (GERD being "Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease").If my understanding is correct, and you don't happen to be among the unlucky 40%, then taking this is basically barking up the wrong tree. It probably does a great job wiping out your personal H. pylori colony, but you won't have any acid reflux relief to show for it. Well, you probably won't be getting stomach ulcers now (the main problem with having a bunch of H. pylori kicking around, and arguably a bigger problem than a few lousy episodes of acid reflux), so…yay? Why aren't these being marketed for that?In fact, if I'm reading these scientific papers correctly, H. pylori may be PROTECTING you from acid reflux, among MANY other diseases. Again, to quote people smarter than I am, "the *beneficial* [emphasis mine] association of H. pylori infection with some extragastric diseases should be explored by future research" ² Yes, the same stuff can be good and bad for you at the same time, just like red wine, coffee and chocolate. If so, maybe we shouldn't be wiping them out? Just, you know, let nature take its course? In conclusion, I'm glad I'm not a bacteriologist. And I'm not sure this product is an unquestionably solid use of your hard-earned money, as opposed to, say, a cat. That would definitely give you heartburn, and I say that as a cat lover 🐱¹ Katz, Philip O MD1; Gerson, Lauren B MD, MSc2; Vela, Marcelo F MD, MSCR3.
