This is really more of a review of the product as a whole. I'm not sure why somebody gave this one star, but this is by far my favorite flosser I've tried...and I've tried many. The flosser is the only one I've used consistently, as it's very small and convenient, and it's one of the only ones that uses flat floss, instead of the typical round floss. My only real gripe is that I've had it break a few times on me, where my teeth are sharp and tight. Aside from that, this is much better and much less wasteful than the alternatives I've tried, and a single refill can go a very long way. You'll definitely want to use these refills. Otherwise, you would have to unwind all the floss from the waste spool.
