Great frother, definitely my favorite I've tried
I've tried quite a few different styles of milk frothers over the years. I started with the "tiny whisk on a stick" variety, before moving on to one with a separate pitcher and whisk suspended on top. I received this one as a gift a few years ago and it's definitely the best one I've used overall.Pros:-Froths a really nice volume of milk! It's enough for one really big cup, or two regular size cups.-Milk froth is consistently fluffy and dense, and, on the default setting, nice and warm so it won't make your coffee cold.-Couldn't be easier to use.-Doesn't take up a lot of space. Since I use it every day, I have it always out on the counter, but it is also easily packed away in a cabinet.-Sturdy and handles being washed even if you aren't perfectly careful and get some water splashed on the outside or the bottom. I'll freely admit that happened plenty of times, but just wipe it off with a towel and you're good to go.-Reasonable price! My previous one lasted a few years of daily use and experienced no drop-off in performance until the week it finally died.-Pour spout makes it pretty easy to pour into cups.Cons:-Cleaning it can be awkward. It's pretty easy if you do it immediately after using it, but a BIG pain if you wait until anything has dried. Do yourself a favor and wash as soon as you're done frothing a batch of milk. It helps to have a small scrubber or small brush; a sponge will struggle with the edges.-A little less convenient to pour than one without an integrated pitcher.-No sound to inform you when it's done, just a flashing light. Not necessarily going to be an issue most of the time, but worth noting if you're the sort that wants to walk off in between.Overall I definitely recommend this frother to anyone looking for frothed milk at home. It's not very expensive and produces great results, and lasts a long time.

A great overall product
I am totally wild about this little frother. It operates quickly, and with little noise. If standing right by it, I can hear it operate, but not if I walk away just a few feet. The heating only function stirs the milk rapidly, so it still creates a light foam, the frothing whisk creates a great deal of thick, heavy foam.I love to use it for cold foam, too for cold coffees and teas. It still creates a thick, heavy cold foam. The only drawback I've found is the frother creates a milkfat skin on the bottom, over the heating element which has to be brushed out each use, it can't be just rinsed away from one use to another until the coffee pot is empty and I'm ready to properly wash it.Even with the milkfat skin, its nonstick interior is super easy to clean up, I just use a soft brush on the inside, and a damp cloth on the outside, and wash it when I wash my mug. It takes me maybe a minute to completely clean it.A few tips: the quality of your foam depends heavily on the type of milk you use; if you aren't getting the results you're looking for, try another milk variety. Even the packaging matters. I found my favorite organic whole milk froths better when it is from a paper half gallon than from the plastic gallon. You can add granular sugar to it when heating for a sweet foam, but when adding for cold foam, use a liquid sweetener.

Great product for the price
One of my clients has the expensive $100 something milk frother by a reputable coffee maker manufacturer, and I have always used it with half and half for a dedlicious, ice-cream like cream froth. I looked up this one from Chinya and decided to try it, at 1/3 of the price . It works amazingly on hot and cold whole milk. The hot almond milk has not worked at all for me, but maybe it is the type I use. Overall, it is a good product. Despite the non-stick coating, it is not as easy to clean as the expensive brand when you do hot milk, but all I do is remove the little spring mixing device, add a little hot water and wait few minutes until I can just scrape the milk film with my fingers, then just give it a rinse with hot water. I was shocked by how tall the unit is, compared to the more compact expensive brand, but you have to consider than more than half of whole product is taken by the motor and heating element. But it gives plenty of frothy milk for one drink and heats fast too. If you have a family of 10, it may take a while to serve everybody, but for few people, it is overall a good product for the price.

Great froth and responsive customer service
I love the frother. I have had a few made by other companies prior to buying this one, but this one makes the best froth.I did have a mechanical issue after eight months, but Chinya customer service was very responsive and resolved the issue for me in a timely manner.

Great Frother!
This is the first frother I have used at home and I love it. It is perfectly quiet, fast, and produces a heavy froth with the 1 and 2% milk I use. It is easy to clean if you rinse and wipe it out immediately after use. There is sometimes milk scum collected around the coiled ring in the pot, but it is removable in order to rinse thoroughly. It also comes with a tiny brush, but I don't find it to be very helpful. The instructions aren't very clearly written, so I got clarification from another customer. It is very simple to use; pour in milk being careful not to go over the fill line, push the top of the toggle switch for heat and froth, or push the bottom for heat only, after having removed the coiled wring which is required to froth. The pot is a nice, clean stainless design with a tight fitting lid. It sits on a base that is skid resistant and sturdy. I have used it daily since purchasing, and it works perfectly every time.

Not long lasting.
I bought this back in Nov 2024.I use it at least twice a week. All of a sudden it stopped working. It lasted almost 4 months… usually I’m not one to write reviews but I definitely do not recommend this. Not in this economy. It was good while it lasted.
