Bought these for my mom, she absolutely love them. She said that they are the most comfortable diapers she's ever had. She loves the fact that they are diapers and not pull ups. The closures are very adjustable for easy comfortable fit. They are thick in the middle for extra over-night protection. They keep my mom nice and dry, no leaks. I highly recommend these diaper for anyone who need them.

I like this diaper because it will stick to a dry or wet surface. It also holds up to any accident and does not fall apart when wet.

These were excellent diapers, but the quality has gone down. They are thinner and less absorbent. The closure is excellent. It's a full tab and they can be opened and reclosed.These are still the best of the several brands I've tried. My Mom is completely incontinent. Now I use them with a booster pad during the day and overnight. Previously, the booster pad wasn't necessary. Generally, there isn't any leakage. They do turn the urine into a gel. I can say in the past 2+ years she hasn't had any bed sores or even skin irritation. UPDATE: I lowered my rating. I've been buying these diapers for 3 years. Now the manufacturer is making them thinner and less absorbent. I was disappointed. It is necessary to use a booster pad. Tena does make an Overnight Protections diaper in size L/XL. They are superior quality. Unfortunately, they don't make the Overnight a in the 2XL. Yes, that was frustrating, too. I'll tell you one thing about diapers. They size charts are not accurate in any brand I've tried. They all run small.
