Excellent, it has a little sour tase but tastes great otherwise, inexpensive, does curb your appetite, doesn’t affect your stomach and definitely increase my energy level.

Out of the few L-Carnitine brands I’ve tested, this one gave me the most noticeable boost — clean energy, no crash, no stomach upset. Flavor’s solid too. Only downside is the lack of a measuring cap… I get that most don’t include one, but it would seriously improve the experience. Still, great value and effect overall

Doesn't give me the jitters or shakes and is easy on my stomach. It has me sweating off fat and seems to perk me up a little. Would definitely recommend trying it out

I bought this product due to the good reviews> Now is my turn to describe what is my experience. The taste is amazing, it has 31 servings for the price I think is fair. I have it after I eat food and I don't feel any stomach upset, and in regards energy wise I feel more focus. However, I haven't tested during my exercises.

Product tastes good but I do not see an increase in energy or weight loss. Waste of money

This is a very high dosage, so I would always feel dizzy and very lightheaded when taking this. It’s also full of synthetic sugars which can also contribute to these side effects. There’s different brands out there that do not have that many sugars and have a lower dosage.

Great product!!!! Tastes good. No side effects. So far so good 2 weeks in and feeling lighter and less bloated. Thank you guys!! Looking forward to trying your other products.
