It is also sweet but not to overly sweet and I don't normally have any sweetness in my tea/coffee but this was tolerable.I'd like to add that this has helped me enormously when I had the flu: it opened up my blocked nose (even though it was only for a short period of time). Ive also added lemon to it aswell and feels refreshing.If you're new to this, I suggest having only half of the packet until you get used to the kick of the ginger.To use itGet a 250-350ml mug (if the mug is bigger it will water down and lose its unique flavour), open sachet and poor it in a empty mug, pour your freshly boiled water into the mug, stir it a few times and VOILAWould I recommend it?
