Inseego Mifi X Pro M3100 UW Unlocked Mobile Hotspot, Black (Renewed)

The MiFi they sent me twice now is a Verizon linked WiFi hotspot that may recieve from other services like TMobile, but it is still clearly not fully unlocked because #1 it can’t track how much data it receives and you are using and #2 more importantly, unless you are using Verizon data, you will not be able to update the device’s software, nor even determine if it currently has the latest software update. But no where in the description did the seller give the caveat it was still linked to Verizon - and when I first called in they actually thought they’d give me the number to call Verizon and see if I could get it completely unlocked !?!! Then when I mentioned the software can’t even be checked or updated with it tied to Verizon, they offered to send me another that was “unlocked” as described. Well, it wasn’t a mistake, except by me, because this one is exactly the same as the first and I am about to return it also.

no support, when defective or a way to return if you cant understand what customer support is saying do to out servicing . have tried three times without results .

I have Verizon Wireless... I had a 4G hotspot, looking to get to 5G without extending my contract 3 years... So this is the third Hotspot I tried (First two made by different companies would not connect to 5g)This Hotspot worked, out of the box on a weak charge, added a sim card and was on 5G network as quickly as it boots, menu is very responsive, didn't get a manual to set it up, but it kind of walks you though it.... This device was used since there was a few Text messages from 2022 on it... but other than that... works and looks totally new... Very happy I found this and upgraded to 5G... I would recommend this.

Piece of crap. Has a mind of its own, takes forever to connect anything, loses connections frequently.

I’ve been using this hotspot for a while now, and it’s been solid. It works with all carriers, but if you’re on Verizon, you’ll get the best performance—super fast speeds and no connection drops. Just keep in mind that you’ll need to provide your own SIM card since it doesn’t come with one. Setup was easy, and it handles multiple devices without slowing down. Battery life is pretty good too; it lasts all day for me. If you need a reliable mobile hotspot, this one gets the job done. Definitely worth it!
