As a 30-something-yr-old new to L Ergo Theoneine, I’m already seeing noticeable changes in my focus. It’s realy helped me push through those mental marathons without feeling too drained. The taste is slightly weird, but it’s still tolerable . I haven’t experienced any severe side effects yet, although I do get a mild headache if I take too much. Overall, I’d definitely reccomend it to anyone looking for a mental boost without going overboard on caffeine which is the baseline here.

I find supplements incredibly difficult to review, as you generally need to go through a couple bottles or three to see results. BUT I've taken this supplement for a solid month now, and I haven't gotten sick or anything, so there's that. ;) I've got a supremely powerful attention deficit (diagnosed and only getting worse with age!), so I'm no stranger to this stuff...or anything designed to boost memory or cognitive function, really. So I'll keep going with this particular product and see if I notice any improvements, and then I'll try to remember to come back and edit/update my review!...which is funny b/c I know there's absolutely no way, nada, zero percent chance that I'll remember. ;)

It is somewhat difficult to review supplements since effects of taking them take time and may not be noticeable. I think this is a good antioxidant to take and is also considered a "longevity vitamin." The company is fairly well known, so I'm confident in the brand, the price is very decent and it is stated that these are made in the US. I've been taking these for about a month, haven't noticed any adverse side effects and plan to continue taking this supplement.

First, I do very well with mushrooms. Some people don't so I wouldn't make this the first choice for trying them out. Second, L-ergothioneine is an amino acid and antioxidant found throughout the body that we can only obtain through food, with mushrooms and fungi being the highest source. I recently ordered the ergothioneine supplement for personal use. The pills are not huge so swallowing is not an issue. I haven't noticed any adverse GI issues with taking these. No stinkiness either.
