Capsules not too big, easy to swallow. According to label it contains several Additional ingredients, all seem to be good for you. Have been taking for a week now, I feel more awake and alert. I previously had been very lethargic.

This one capsule has everything. It has no taste and though large is not hard to swallow. My digestive system is doing so much better now

Helped loose weight, lost a pound a day with intermediate fasting & exercise but this gave me a good boost.May be harsh on the stomach in the beginning, but once you consume with a full meal you’ll get the gist of it.

Great product! I have been taking these for a few months & I can tell within 15 minutes that they are doing their job. We call them & a couple other suppliments our "Brain Food"I think so much clearer, brain fog is gone, & feel better overall.I take 1 to 2 depending on my brain fog, & have never had any issues, or side effects. They are most definitely a great value for the money. I recomend if you are having those days when things are just not working as well as you need for the project.
