Came with 74% full in a neat package. The display shows the output and charge.Can be used to charge simultaneously when it is being charged. I used it to charge laptop twice so capacity is great. Weighs about 1 lb and does not fit in the pocket. Great use for travelling in flights as the capacity is 20000 mah and allowed by tsa.Hope the built in type c cable is durable though.

I bought it and used it this three day weekend on a camping trip. The battery amount is correct. It charged an iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 14 Pro, Apple Watch 10, and a sound machine just fine, but couldn't charge an Apple Watch 7. It kept starting and then stopping after a few seconds. Some have said that it has to do with fast charging incompatibility, but not really sure why. Am gonna keep it, but disappointed it doesn't fit all my needs. It’s nice and small and do like that it tells me how much charge is going out. It’s a good price for what it is, but that’s about it.Update: This company has great customer service. They contacted me and looked into the issue and we came to a resolution. Not often on this platform that a company steps up. Thanks!

It is obviously heavier and bulkier than some chargers, but it earns its keep in my backpack. I appreciate the wattage on this, it makes charging my laptop and other devices quite speedy. Pretty stylish casing and display; it looks, feels, and operates like a premium product. I purchased this one month ago. It worked fine during the first week until the display handle stopped charging. When you connect a laptop or phone, within 30 to 40 minutes the base overheats and stops charging the devices. I tried to get assistance, but the email may no longer be working. Overall, this has been a very bad purchase.

Works excellent, just keep in mind it is rather large in size. But serves it's purpose well if it being on the bigger side isn't an issue for you. Also seems to charge multiple devices at the same time well too. Charging speed is above average. Happy with the purchase.
