What is approximate insulation thickness? Watt-hours energy consumption at some standard temperature conditions?

For the GO20 model....For insulation estimating....the exterior long walls are 1 3/8 inch thick. The short wall is 1 5/8 inch thick. Can't tell how thick the other short wall is against the compressor but probably similar. At ambient temp of 70 degrees indoors, on AC power with the AD/DC converter brick and a Killowatt meter, it drew about 40 watts during compressor run time. The AC power brick delivered 13.8V to the unit according to the ICECO readout on the phone app. When plugged into a DC supply from an Ecoflow nominal 12V Power Station, it drew 33 to 42 watts (this meter is not highly accurate and fishes for a number constantly). With both AC and DC power the compressor ran about half the time with both compartment temps set at 25 degrees F. It draws a tiny bit of power in standby mode when the compressor wasn't on but the watt meter didn't pick it up. This is to power the control panel which stays lit all the time. The Ecoflow station supplies 13.6 Volts. So doing the math for the DC supply, am estimating it will need 40W/13.6V=2.9A for 12 hours per 24 hour day = 35AH per day. Same as 480 WH per day for people who work in those units.

How many Watts does it use?

My VL60 uses 34 watts according to the UPS it's plugged into. This one will run for 10-12 hours in the hot sun at about 30 degrees F on a JNC 660 jump box.

Is it quiet? Will it keep me awake at night?

I see others have answered this question, but I’d like to throw my 2 cents worth in. Since I planned on using mine while car camping I decided to place it on the side of my bed for a few months to accumulate myself to all the noises it makes way before I actually go on vacation. This turned out o be a good idea because at first it did disturb my sleep , but after 2 months it it running right by my ear I no longer hear it anymore. Also I love the idea of having a cold bottle of water at night. Just roll over and grab a cold one. There might also be a few candy bars in it to- 👀

Has anyone have trouble keeping the 12v plug in their car 12v port? have problems with dometic 27 qt similar & like the idea of smaller one for travel

Cigarette style 12V are notorious for coming loose and not providing enough Amps. You want a threaded 12V plug like this one.
