Improved sleep quality and decreased fluid retention. I tried these for 30 days and then ordered another brand to compare. Within a few days I noticed more fluid in my joints and face and trouble relaxing. I switched back and now have a monthly subscription.

Rocky start with this. The first couple of nights, I took two tablets before bed. It did not go well. I was wide awake with high heart rate. I really wanted this to work so I didn’t give up. I’ve been taking 1 tablet every evening after my last meal of the day. This was the sweet spot for me. Even my daughter noticed how relaxed I am. So far, I haven’t been able to sleep through the night, but I’m able to fall back asleep quicker than before. Hope this helps someone.

This product is excellent for keeping cortisol down so you can lose weight. I highly recommend it.However, I was shocked when I received a huge box for a little tiny bottle. It had a lot of paper in it to make up for all the space..... What a waste!! Amazon could have just sent it in one of the envelopes. I hope I'm not paying for all of the cardboard and paper inside. Amazon should be a little more conservative with our paper products

The first few days I took it, it was amazing. Woke up rested, ready to tackle my day. I even told some friends about it who are having the same issues. Ironically, one of my friends looked at the ingredients and said "there's some questionable things in there" and I said, "Well, it seems to be working for me, so I guess maybe I'm lucky?"Two days ago I woke up feeling nauseous and I thought maybe I'd gotten heat exhaustion. I ended up staying in bed all day when I needed to go and take my kids out for some summer fun. Then yesterday I woke up feeling nauseated again this time I had tingling hands and feet and I thought oh, maybe I need to take more B12. Well I started taking it started feeling a little bit better and then this morning, I woke up so dizzy I have missed almost my entire day. So I just had this weird feeling after what my friend said and I came here looked at it sure enough - nausea, dizziness, tingling feeling in the legs. I would love to return this but I can't. I've bought from this company before and I've always been very happy about it but unfortunately not very happy that I can't return it or at least get a refund so this might work for you but I guess I wasn't lucky after all.

I chose this brand because they are quality and trusted. This further underlines that, and they’ve gained a customer for life (but for a different product)! I added a star based on this. Again, they did not ask me to change my rating.Wanted to love it… but I had to stop after about 10 days. This supplement seemed like the perfect blend. It did make me sleepy, but weirdly, I slept TERRIBLY. I was sleepy but also wired? After about 5 days I noticed some spotting which was weird. I take progesterone at night for sleep and to help with perimenopause symptoms. I haven’t ever had spotting before- and then after 2-3 days of spotting, it stopped. The thing that make me stop taking the medication was (after 9 ish days of awful sleep and increased anxiety), on day 10, I also had restless legs. It was awful! I’ve never had restless legs before- but as soon as it began, I knew what it was. It was the most unsettling, tingling, strange feeling in my legs. I got up several times, walked, massaged my legs, applied magnesium, rubbed them some more, and finally it eased enough to sleep. I have no idea which ingredient or combo of ingredients affected me… but the rest of the bottle will remain untouched. I was really hoping this would better my sleep and stress, but it definitely did the opposite. Just my experience- yours may not be the same- however, I’d love if anyone experienced the same!

I had to order two to make sure I didn’t run out again. After being on them for so long and then running out I knew I needed more within the next day. These make me feel so much better and I’m full of energy. I feel like I get so much done in a day and I sleep so much better at night. Easy to take, they don’t taste bad thankfully!
