These are the only replacements available, it seems, so there's not really any other option. Though it was listed as a 3-pack (which felt expensive for what you were getting), but what I got was 12 3-packs (total of 36 replacements), which will last me easily for the life of the fan. That also makes it more worth the $15 asking price for these cheap filters.
