The core ingredients of saw palmetto, stinging nettle, and pumpkin seed extract are known to assist in prostate health. Now that I am 50+ this is really something I have started paying attention to. I have been taking this for 3 weeks and I can tell my flow has improved allowing for a better bladder void. The price per dosage is also pretty good compared to others. I can also tell my nightly trips have cut down. Although, I still get up 1-2 times per night is not nearly the 4-5 times I was getting up. Enjoying much better sleep. No awkward after taste either. Very easy to use at night. The smell is not the best but I gulp them down right after brushing. Going to keep using this and when it runs out will be sure to grab another bottle.
