THIS is my sweetener
The media could not be loaded. I have found my new sugar substitute! I've tried this powder and another brand's liquid & this is the one I have subscribed to. (BTW: Make sure to dig around for the scoop. It's in there, but I had a hard time finding it...PROS:+ It's affordable (compared to others - including the liquid one I tried)+ There is ZERO after taste. I am really sensitive to flavors & alluose is the only one I know of that is not bitter, cooling, offensively sweet if I get it on my hands, etc. The closest one to this was a combo sweetener that was fine until I had to inhale. Every time I took a breath for the next hour, there was a slight cooling sensation on my tongue and in my throat.+ This can be used as is or I can make a liquid with it. I like the powder for baking/cooking, and the liquid for adding to coffee and tea.+ The bag seals up well.+ There is a little scoop included - but I had to dig, dig, dig to find it! LOL+ I did not experience any stomach issues, even though I added some to my coffee and tea all day, every day for about a week.+ GMO-free - which is very important to me.+ If this isn't as sweet as I'd like - esp with my coffee -I can add just a pinch of brown sugar & that does it for me.CONS:- This is much finer than expected. I thought it would be crystals/granules. It is very much like powdered sugar. I have to be careful when measuring it out.- I do have to be careful not to overuse this. I have CKD stage 3b & allulose is (mostly) not metabolized & is excreted through urine. This could add a bit more strain to my kidneys, so I just limit my intake. Allulose is safer for my kidneys than sugar.- I have to use a little more than I'd like to get my sweet kick.- It is not as sweet as sugar. Some people say that it is 70% as sweet as sugar. I think it's more like 60% based on what I need to use.- The bag is a bit of waste. It is 2lbs of product, but there is a lot of settling. It could be in a bag half the size,Overall, I am SO happy I found this because it helps me cut down on or, in some cases, cut OUT - sugar. I keep half the bag as is, and make a liquid with the other half.

Allulose is The Perfect Substitute For Erythrotol ONLY It’s Better🥇🏆🤩🎉🌟
The recent research of the negative impact of Erythrotol lead my husband and I to make a change in sweeteners to this Allulose. Both Allulose and Erythrotol do not alter blood glucose because they are not metabolized in the body. Both Allulose and Erythrotol have a sweetness of about 70% of sugar and are low calorie. They are comparable in price. This Allulose was the cheapest per ounce at the time of my receiving it, and while writing this review but the more positive reviews something has, often they raise the price so please keep this in mind for your pocketbook. Why Allulose is better than Erythrotol:I prefer the taste of Allulose because it tastes about the same as sugar to me.I don’t notice an aftertaste. You can use Allulose in baking and it will even carmelize. The texture of Allulose is almost a powder so it mixes into everything easily. Both of these sweeteners can give stomach upset if you have too much of them IF you have the kind of body where that occurs.I do have that issue if I have too much of either of these. So, I mix this Allulose with stevia so I can have more sweets if I want them and they taste GREAT. I hope that something here was of use to you and here’s wishing you Health, Wealth, and Happiness!🎉Oh and I measured the spoon that comes with this Allulose. It is a teaspoon and a half. That is so convenient because replacing a teaspoon of sugar is the same amount of sweetness as a teaspoon and a half of Allulose.🎉

The Best Sugar Replacement for Baking
I’ve been using this as sugar replacement for baking and it’s truly the closest thing to sugar taste-wise I’ve found. Amazing! I’ve done pies, cookies, cake, pastries and tricked my family into thinking it was regular sugar. One thing to note is that you do need a little more allulose when substituting, perhaps about 25% more or so. You’ll need to experiment. And the weight isn’t a proper 1:1 if you use a kitchen scale when baking like I do. I have been kinda eyeballing a little extra grams and since we don’t like things very sweet anyways it works out. However, it increases the moisture and you WILL have to bake longer. It makes for very smooth, velvety pumpkin pies, but undercooked blondies/cookies. The reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars though is because it makes us quite gassy! (I think it’s worth it though …lol). Overall I love that this allows me to use less or zero sugar in my baked goods with very little change in taste, if any at all.

Too soon to tell if it is as advertised, but so far so good.
Seems slightly less sweet than sugar but no digestive issues noted

No aftertaste, same texture as regular sugar
This is the first time I’ve tried allulose and I was pleasantly surprised. I typically use Splenda but I wanted to try something natural. This is really good, not as sweet as Splenda, but doesn’t have a weird aftertaste which is a huge plus. The texture is like real sugar so that was also a plus for me. You also get a lot for the price. I definitely recommend!

So so product
I ordered this one time before. The product is so so. As a sweetener it’s flavor is fine. But it’s severely clumped and a pain to use when cooking. The clumps don’t come apart easily either. Bought a second one anyway & the product packaging had a slash that made a hole. Since it’s a food grade item I wanted to return it since I have no idea how long it’s been slashed open but there’s no refund or return allowed for this item.
