Q: Looking for an air fryer that can fit a whole chicken in the unit. Will a chicken fit?

Get a 5.8 Kobi. Less surface area, taller sides. Inexpensive (90$) but high quality. Worth having just to cook whole chickens. Cooks a 5 lb chicken to perfection. More surface area= lower sides on these air fryers today. A 5 lb chicken won't cook well in a fryer with low sides because it'll be too close to the heating element unless you spatchcock it.

I went online to Philips and ordered them directly from the website. I think I got one rack from Amazon, but they didn’t have all of the accessories.

Q: If i spray cooking oil into basket will it damage the coating on basket

I use the canola spray from Trader Joe’s and nothing has happened to the basket. I haven’t tried any of the sprays like Pam because of what it does to a nonstick pan.
